BTG Clan List Guideline

GENERAL'S RESPONSIBILITIES:
• When a new General is promoted, he/she must create a new Clan List thread in his/her clan forum.
• The title of the Clan List thread should say [Clan Name] Clan List.
• In the message box, you MUST put "DO NOT POST IN THIS THREAD!" in bold, yellow colored font along with the clan name in bold, red colored font and then the actual clan list all in one post.
• The Clan List should consist of the ranks: Guardian, Commander, General, Marshall, Captains, Lieutenants, Sergeants, Privates & Recruits listed downward in order. Example Below
• It is recommended that you put a total number of members at the bottom of the clan list and a total number of each rank next to that specific rank.
• The General may keep his/her Clan List updated 100% by editing the existing Clan List any time.
• The General MUST update and repost the Clan List on the Weekly

COMMANDER'S RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The Commander over the clan MUST follow up and make sure these steps are being completed.
• The Commander of the Clan MUST "Sticky" the Clan List.

WHAT TO DO WHEN THERE IS A NEW GENERAL OF AN EXISTING CLAN:
• Have the new General create an entirely new Clan List thread while following the Clan List Guideline.
• Close the old Clan List thread.
• The Section Leader must un-sticky the old Clan List thread.
• Edit the title to show the first and last dates that the archived clan list covered.
For example, SupaNove (1/01/14 - 2/01/14)
